Our challenge is to place the customer at the very centre of our business and to offer customers an experience in line with the “BE DIFFERENT, FEEL GOOD’ spirit of the CITROËN brand.
By grouping the various customer service area (reception areas, comfort and discovery areas) at the centre of the showroom, more familiarity and awareness is created for our customers. The New Citroën Showroom design enables each customer to be welcomed in an area adapted to their needs.
Customer areas are defined as; Central Zone which encompasses the Lounge, Product Podium, Product Display Unit, Vertical Colour Chart and Sales Offices.
